​WHAT IS POLE FITNESS?
 

Pole fitness is a performance art which encompasses strength, fexibility and endurance. Learning tricks and transitions on and off the pole can be an empowering way to build confidence, but it can also be a great group activity for you and your friends. It is a great form of exercise for men and women of all ages and levels of expertise. This non-ordinary sport provides a fun challenge to anyone's fitness regimine.

PREPARING FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS:​​​

 

Before taking your first class, whether a group class or a private session, a questionaire will be sent to you to let us better know about you and what you wish to gain from pole fitness so you can get the most satisfaction out of your experience with us.​
